Before every meeting, Evan researches the people and companies you are about to meet — pulling context from your email, calendar, CRM, and call transcripts, then scouring the open web (LinkedIn, news, podcasts, Crunchbase, social) — and delivers a concise, presidential-style briefing to your Slack or inbox, automatically. The promise: walk into every room as the most prepared person in it. Evan is built for sales and go-to-market teams, founders, investors, and executives who run high-stakes meetings.

Evan combines what you already know with everything publicly available to build a complete picture of who you are meeting and why it matters. It maps 15+ meeting types — new sales calls, sales follow-ups, customer check-ins, investor pitches, vendor and partner meetings, internal syncs — and tailors each brief to the room you are walking into. A built-in context graph remembers your whole network and the history between you and every contact, so briefs get sharper the more you meet someone.

Setup is one-time: connect your tools once and Evan runs automatically before every meeting on your calendar, with no per-meeting requests. Want more detail on something in a brief? Reply in the Slack thread and Evan answers.

Pricing is flat and transparent: Core is $50/user/month billed monthly, or $42/user/month billed annually (two months free), with no tiers and no feature gates. Enterprise (30+ seats) adds volume pricing, data residency options, SSO, compliance controls, and dedicated support. Evan is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA; customer data is encrypted and never used to train AI models.
